Colin Matsinhe is a Berlin-based innovation strategist and education technology expert whose work centres around AI, workforce development and social impact. Born in Bielefeld, Germany, to Mozambican parents, he developed an early appreciation for the transformative power of educationโa passion that was further fueled by his fatherโs inspiring journey from an electrical engineering apprenticeship in the GDR to contributing at Mozambiqueโs Ministry of Education.
His academic journey included advanced studies in sociology and innovation management at institutions including Bielefeld University, Tel Aviv University, TU Berlin, Bocconi University, and Stanford University. He has co-founded impactful ventures such as SozUp and the Designing Education Project Lab, and played key roles in advancing AI-powered solutions and EdTech initiatives at organizations like TU Berlin, Parloa, Cleverly, and EWOR.
Beyond his professional achievements, Colin is a long-distance sports lover and an advocate for inclusive education continuously driving transatlantic collaboration and organisational change.
